We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a credit pack or membership purchase is not right for you, you can request a refund when you meet the rules below.
You must meet both of these conditions for that purchase:
Failed generations that never deliver an output do not count as used credits for the 50% rule. If we already returned those credits to your balance, they were not “used.”

If we approve the refund, we send it to your original Stripe or PayPal method in 5–7 business days. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or PayPal.
Unused time on a membership is not an automatic cash refund. We handle membership refunds case by case, and only as required by applicable law.
